Lights, Camera..........

The Actors have landed and CSPS couldn't be happier. Our Simulation Centre partnership with Promoting Arts in Aintree (PARTIA) has already begun to bear fruit. Today we welcome Mel, Nick and Taran, three students in the second year of their BA in Drama. They will provide much needed support for our recent forays into Palliative Care, Organ Donation and Mental Health Simulation. In addition we hope they will enable us to test our medical and nursing students communication skills by playing the role of relatives and carers in acute care scenarios.

We are also extremely lucky to be joined by Scott who takes up an internship at the centre. Scott is a student in TV and Film production. Watch this space for some exciting video projects. Indeed all of our students are brimming with new ideas, meaning that while they will gain a lot from the experience the centre will also.
